Aman Group provides a wide range of outsourcing services from overall responsibility over organizational IT systems, Data Centers, operation and maintenance of organizational communication networks, comprehensive Help Desk services, systems' infrastructure management, management of data protection and communications infrastructures, and providing experts in specific fields according to the organization's targeted needs.

An outsourcing methodology is developed over time, based on extensive know-how in all IT areas included in the service. An in-depth examination is required of the organization and its needs, prior to implementing this type of service within an organization. Our services are based on SLA's (Service level Agreements) suited to the needs of the organization and to its full satisfaction. We assist our customers in SLA characterization and definition so as to provide them with the most suitable solution.

Aman Group employs experts that are highly experienced in each of the activity areas required for providing a professional outsourcing solution for the organization, beginning from a system-wide solution while assuming full responsibility via cost measures and SLA, through targeted solutions for a specific area within the overall IT services used by the organization. In short, we provide outsourcing solutions that are tailor made to suit customers' specific needs, and that are carried out in full cooperation with the customer.

We provide managed services in a number of proven disciplines so as to provide our customers with advanced Business Continuity Services (BCS). This area of service can be divided into three sub-services:

  1.  Business Application Support – support for business applications that are unique to the organization, including in-depth study and supply of applications.
  2.  IT Infrastructure Support – support for the organization's overall IT infrastructures, including communication infrastructures, data security, backups and storage, mail services and more
  3.  End User Support – comprehensive support services for users by operation of professional Help Desk services and technicians for each field of use, including end stations and peripheral equipment, office and connectivity
  4.  Selective Outsourcing – for a specific system and/or project

All services can be provided via Comprehensive Outsourcing services covering all systems, or via Selective Outsourcing which may include communication, data protection, NT System and support services for specific systems.
